The promoter
The competition is being conducted by Plymouth Community Homes (PCH).
Eligibility
PCH tenants, household members, leaseholders and shared owners may enter the daily prize draw.
The prize
There will be 15 prizes. One prize will be given away each day during the campaign, starting on 6 November 2024 and ending 21 November 2024.
All prizes are up to the value of £100. No cash alternative.

Participants must consent to publicity should they be chosen as the winner, including photos to be shared online via PCH channels.
How to enter
Entrants will enter a prize draw to win the prize of the day. A link to the prize draw entry will be available via the PCH e-newsletter. This email will come from news@plymouthcommunityhomes.co.uk.
Entrants will be required to enter their name and address when submitting their prize draw entry.
The prize draw for that day opens at 9:00am that day and closes at 8:59am the following day. For example, Day 1 prize draw opens at 9:00am on 6 November 2024 and closes at 8:59am on 7 November 2024. Day 2 prize draw opens at 9:00am on 7 November 2024 and closes at 8:59am on 8 November 2024. This will continue until Day 15, which will close on 8:59am on 21 November 2024.
Entrants will be entered into the prize draw based on when their entry was submitted.
Entrants will only be entered once for the prize draw for that day.
Entrants can enter the prize draw for multiple days.
PCH will email the winner of the prize draw for each day. The winner will be drawn at random and will have 10 days to confirm they want to accept the prize. If the prize is left unclaimed, we will draw another winner at random, and so on until the prize is claimed.

Liability
By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding on all entrants.
Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) will take no liability for the prizes or its use, and responsibility will lie with the owner or user. Please follow the manufacturers guidance and appropriate safety advise.
Variation to terms and conditions on 08 November 2024 at 09:53: date of birth is no longer required when submitting entry which was previously stated.
