- Tuesday 24 December: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Wednesday 25 December: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Thursday 26 December: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Friday 27 December: Normal services. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Saturday 28 December: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Sunday 29 December: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Monday 30 December: Normal services. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Tuesday 31 December: Normal services. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Wednesday 1 January: Emergency repairs only. Plumer House and The Beacon closed to visitors.
- Thursday 2 January: Normal services resume. Plumer House and The Beacon re-opens to visitors.

- Friday 27 December: normal hours (8am open, 6-8pm close)
- Saturday 28 December: normal hours (8am open, 6-8pm close)
- Sunday 29 December: closed
- Monday 30 December: normal hours (8am open, 6-8pm close)
- Tuesday 31 December: early close (4pm/6pm)
- Wednesday 1 January: late open (10am) and normal close
- Thursday 2 January: normal services resume.
